Your Christmas can literally be ruined if you are suffering from hives food allergy or hives skin allergy.

However, if you ask me, the simple answer is they are ugly looking and more than painful.

A hives rash is a skin condition marked by red spots on different areas of skin. Hives rashes can be a constant pain in the neck for the patient. Their color and size varies greatly; color can be pale pink and size can range from a pin head up to a few mm.

We are taught to believe that  urticaria is caused (or triggered)  by a specific source or allergen, such as perfume, dust mites, Hairspray, Nuts, Solvents, Tight clothing, Pressure, Cheeseor your dog. Actually after going through all the patch testing and meeting some of the top dermatologists in and outside my country I have come to the following conclusion:

I am not allergic to ANYTHING !

So why do we have these Urticaria attacks?

Well, the simple answer is that we have an overactive immune system! Our immune system “freaks out” when it meets specific allergens but we are NOT allergic!
