Do you think I am joking?<\/p>\n<p>Then you do not know about <a href=\"http:\/\/www.urticariahivestreatment.com\/HealthArticles\/Urti\/Aquagenic-Urticaria.html\">aquagenic Urticaria<\/a> which is an extremely rare diagnosed form of physical urticaria. It appears in response to any type of water (including normal water, sweat, tears etc) at both cold temperatures and hot temperatures.
